HomeExchange Giving
HomeExchange operates in a diverse range of regional Australian communities. This gives us a unique opportunity to become active participants in supporting these communities:

  • We are very active in contributing to local communities by lending a hand at community fund raising events or sponsoring local organisations;

  • HomeExchange employs people such as contractors, tradesmen, real estate agents, valuation experts, and lawyers that live locally to our clients as way of supporting the local community that we operate within.

Stemming from HomeExchange being a service provider to the retirement industry means we come across charity organisations that support elderly Australians in all sorts of ways. We greet any opportunity to assist these organisations and always support them.

Client Giving
HomeExchange supports our client’s decision on whether to keep, sell or donate the household items they no longer need as a result of downsizing.

In the first instance our clients generally choose to have a garage sale and we provide them assistance and support for this event. Often we are also asked by our clients to sell selected items on eBay on their behalf.

The remaining household items which are in good condition are cleaned and repaired by HomeExchange and donated to the charity of our client’s choice. We are happy to be in the position where we can make donations in this way.
